5. Using the services:

a. Registration – Creating an Account

Don’t create an account with false intentions. We require your registration with your email address to control our systems. Registering is the only tool we have to control the access and inappropriate use of our platform.

- All accounts are personal are meant for only one user.

- If you are under 18, your tutor is responsible for you and the content you send.

- Your account may be assigned to you by an administrator, such as your employer or educational institution. However, the account user is responsible for the activity that happens on or through you Slysend account.

b. Account use.

Slysend is an information channel that should only be used to send information. Any other usage is against these terms of use.

c. Account control access.

You are able to update your password at any time. To protect your account, keep your password confidential and change it regularly.

d. Closing your account.

You can delete you Slysend account at any time. Once you decide to delete your account, we will proceed to destroy any information related to it.

e. Termination.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Service availability.

Slysend is committed to providing the best possible system and keep up and running; however, we may suffer occasional disruptions and outages. In that event, you may temporarily not be able to use out service. Please, also ensure that we offering our services in your region or device.

7. Contracting entity, choice of law, resolving disputes.

Slysend is based in the UK and we operate under British law.

8. Disclaimer

We actively discourage any Spamming activity, which is reinstated in our code of conduct as: Don’t spam. The sole reason for having someone`s email address does not imply you can send any correspondence. In order not to fall into the spam category, always follow these steps:

- Personalize the emails and avoid sentences like to whom it might concern.

- Make it short and concise without leaving any crucial information left.

- Don’t send links in your communications.

As a user, please, check the source of any links you click on before doing so. We are not responsible for any damage your device might suffer.

9. Google Analytics

Slysend uses Google Analytics to monitor and improve the platform. Google Analytics is an independent party and we are not liable for any issues or compromises the provider might encounter.

10. Limitation of liability.

We are not liable for any of your content or actions. Slysend is not responsible for any consequences your communications may cause or trigger. Be mindful and respect the other users and information receivers.

Slysend is not responsible or liable for any system performance failure under these Terms to the extent that the failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will restore our services as soon as possible to minimise its effects.

As a company, you will also have provided us with some additional information. We will check the authenticity of the data provided, but are in no form liable for any incorrectly provided information.

We will update the terms when necessary.
